Future Perspectives -revised

     I hope I can be admitted to National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology in the future.I will choose English as my major after I enter the university. Although I pass some English proficiency tests, I think my English ability can be better. I want to be admitted to your school because there are great teachers, complete education courses, and a good studying environment in your college. If I can be one of your college students, I will make more efforts to sharpen my English ability. For example, I read English novels and magazines. Furthermore, I like to listen to English songs so that I can learn more vocabulary. These activities can help me improve my English.

      I’m a warmhearted and friendly girl. I’m always willing to help people because helping people makes me happy. If I can do something to help other people in the world, I will be ready to do so. It’s because I have received a lot of help from my friends, my relatives, and even strangers. I really thank for those people who helped me. I like to see the smile on people’s face due to my help. I do everything carefully so that I can get a good outcome. Furthermore, I do my best to finish everything. I have a positive attitude toward my life. I always look on the bright of my life and smile to everyone. I believe that if I smile to others, they may be infected with my smile. As for my hobbies, I like to listen to music and go out with my friends. By listening to music, I can relax myself from the stress of school. Besides, I love to listen to English songs and repeat what the singer sings so I enhance my English ability a lot by this way. Going out with friends is wonderful for me. Sometimes my friend and I study together in the library, and sometimes we go out and share something in our daily life. We are not only good friends but also good competitors in studies. By this way, I have a motive to study harder.

      After I graduated from junior high school, I studied at Department of Applied Foreign Languages, National Tainan Commercial Vocational Senior High School (NTCVS). I was pleasant to enter this school to let my English be improved a lot. That is, I believed that I could learn lots of knowledge about English here. When I was a freshman, I took notes so hard in class so that I could increase my vocabulary very soon. Afterwards, I took notes of key points. Due to this way, I can understand every setences of textbook fast. I was so lucky to have many kind classmates. I knew not everything was finished by my own because something needed teamwork. As a result, I learned to cooperate with others. Every time I have problems, I always turned to them and they were always willing to give me a hand. Besides, I thought each teacher was very hard-working. They offered not only knowledge of textbooks but also more information that we couldn’t get in school to us. I learned a lot from school.  To sum up, I really appreciated the people who have been to help me while I was in senior high school.

     I studied in English very hard, and English is my major subject. I was interested in English as I was an elementary school student. I like to listen to English songs to enhance my listening in English. In addition, I was touch with English magazines after I studied in senior high school. By reading magazines, I found my reading ability and vocabulary were better. When I was a freshman, I took the General English Proficiency Test and passed the elementary level. Afterwards, I took the intermediate level of GEPT. Fortunately, I passed it. Having studied in English for three years, my English ability strengthened a lot. I learned a lot in the school. Above all, everything here was my precious memory.

Family background -revised

The baby called Chiao Feng Chao was born in Tainan in 1994. That is me. I have a sweet and harmonious family. My father is just a worker, but I learn lots of thing from him. He teaches me that I have to put the thing back after I use it. Besides, he lets me understand that I should think twice before I act. He is a good father for me. My mother is a worker, too. Like my friend, she always gives me advice when I have problems. Also, she encourages me to do what I want to do and tells me that I have to do things carefully. The most important thing she teaches me is that never give up! I appreciate my mom because she can deal with everything calmly and does the right thing at the right time. I have a elder sister with close relationship. She is a nurse who works hard. When I have difficulties, I always turn to her. She is not only my sister but also my confidant. I also have a brother ,who is a undergraduate. He has played with me since we were a little girl and a little boy. He is a nice person and he always finishes what he has to do on time. This is my family. I love it very much.
