     There are two people sent resumes to apply for a new English instructor in my friend's school and my friend ask me for which person that he should choose to hire.I tell him that I think Debra Fines is fit to this job because of several reasons. One of the reasons is that Debra has more education than Lynn. It means that Debra has more knowledge to support his teaching. Another reason is that Debra varies in his teaching experience while Lynn has less teaching experience. Debra has been a consultant and author, an instructor, a teaching assistant, and a swimming teacher. However, Lynn has just been a Spanish teacher, an English teacher, and a peace crops volunteer. Moreover, Debra has gone to three universities for studying, but Lynn only has studying in one college. Although Debra doesn’t reap any reward like Lynn does, his resume proved that he was qualified to assume the position. If I were my friend, I would choose Debra rather than Lynn.
