Many people around the world ingest too much caffeine by drinking beverage every day, but they don’t know it may do them harm. In fact, there is much caffeine in various kinds of drinks. As far as I am concerned, I think moderate caffeine is good, but too much caffeine would do people harm. First of all, it may cause some physical problems, such as insomnia, nervousness, anxiety, headache, and so on. Furthermore, it may result in nausea or other gastrointestinal problems. That is, maybe those who absorb too much caffeine may want to throw up or have a stomachache. If we have too much caffeine in our body, we will have muscle tremors. According to these reasons, I suggest that people think twice before they drink beverage which contains caffeine. We should protect ourselves from being hurt by caffeine.
